- Coordination and organization of management meetings and appointments
- Managing relations with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Inputting relevant data in excel
- Governing and managing documentation, helping management with preparing, editing and duplicating documents
- Supervising and governing internal written communication and organizational documentation
- Proper handling and archiving of various types of documents
- Assisting in maintaining project related database
- Keeping to document deadlines related to the activity of the management
- Preparation of statistical reports
- At least 1-2 years of experience in and Administrative role
- Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Economics, Tax, Law, or related disciplines
- Proven attention to detail and good judgement showing logical decision making skills
- Remain detail-oriented while working under time pressure
- Capability to work individually in autonomy and self-review and also as part of a team
- Confident, self-starter and ability to operate in a dynamic environment
- Flexible and open-minded
- Ability to plan and organise yourself
- Likes to work in a highly dynamic & international environment
- Mastery in the use of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written command of English; French or German a plus
