Position: Finance&Accounting Intern
Duration: 6 months
Compensation: $700 gross per month
Working Hours: 9am-5pm PST (afternoon hours for candidates located in Serbia)

Program Overview:

Our Finance Internship Rotation Program is designed to give you hands-on experience in the finance, accounting, and collections departments. Over the course of 6 months, you will work closely with mentors from each department, gaining valuable insights and practical skills that will set you up for success in your finance career. As a start-up supporting clients in the cannabis industry, we offer a unique and dynamic work environment.

Key Features:

• Rotational Experience: You will spend time in finance, accounting, and collections, gaining a well-rounded understanding of each area.
• Mentorship: Work closely with experienced mentors who will guide you through your daily tasks and projects.
• Weekly Check-ins: Participate in weekly meetings with the team lead to ensure you have the support you need and receive valuable feedback.
• Performance Review: After 6 months, your performance will be reviewed to assess your progress and provide feedback.
• Potential Full-Time Opportunity: There is a possibility to be hired during or at the end of the program in the department where you have shown the most knowledge and skill.

Requirements

• Currently in the last semester of college or a recent graduate with a degree in economics, finance, or accounting.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• High level of English proficiency.
