Getting to Know Ajaib

Description

We are looking for Finance Associates who will assist in managing daily accounting tasks, including managing journal entries, account reconciliations, and data administration in the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the finance team in various tasks such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for business improvement.
• Assist with financial audits and compliance requirements.
• Help with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Assist with tax compliance and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong preference for those coming from investment or crypto companies.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic about financial technology and eager to learn and grow within the company.
