SoftOne is looking for a talented Finance Analyst to join our high-caliber team.

Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and reporting for our subsidiaries abroad (Romania, Bulgaria and Cyprus). Reporting directly to the Group Budgeting and Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial analysis to support the day to day activities of the subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast the financial performance of our subsidiaries abroad
• Monitor and analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to corporate guidelines
• Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of subsidiaries, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Provide financial guidance and support to subsidiary finance teams, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
• Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role, preferably in a multinational organization
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using advanced Excel functions
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice to have

• Experience with SoftOne ERP will be considered as a strong asset
