• Deliver training materials for Sales team across levels (from Account Executive to Team Leader ) based on relevant needs
• Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the Sales team as a way to collect information that can lead to insight for the Sales team development
• Monitor sales objectives and key results to keep updated with the current need of the Sales team
• Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
• Ensure consistent standards for all essential training initiatives in order to have an impact on employee experience
• Support Business teams in identifying support required and coaching of individual or teams
• Analyze day-to-day needs for training in the sales team
• Develop material required for training for example outline, handouts, etc.
• Conduct training for new and current sales person and develop individualized training plans for underperforming persons
• Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs
• Handle area East Java Region
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience as a trainer or facilitator in the sales field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, sales cycles, and negotiation techniques.
- Ability to develop effective, engaging, and relevant training materials.
- Proficient in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to motivate the sales team and foster a positive learning environment.
- Skilled in using training tools such as PowerPoint, training videos, and other software.
- Analytical thinking to evaluate training needs and measure the success of training programs.
- Proactive attitude, good leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
