Responsabilidades:
Soporte y coordinación de actividades diarias al equipo de encuestadores de campo
Liderar planeación y reasignaciones de visitas a tiendas / Ajustar y aprobar plan de trabajo.
Impulsar el trabajo de campo seguimiento del progreso de todos los servicios, así como liderar la gestión de recursos (Contratación, entrevistas, renuncias, trámites relacionados)
Realizar verificación/control físico de la tienda (incluidas verificaciones alternativas durante los períodos extraordinarios) Controles del panel líder y plan de acción para lograr el objetivo.
Cumplimiento de la metodología de campo y mantenimiento de la colección de calidad.
Requisitos:
Licenciatura concluida
+3 años de experiencia supervisando equipos en campo
Disponibilidad de viaje 100% Dentro de CDMX y Zona Metropolitana
Licencia de manejo vigente
Office: Excel Intermedio
Horario:
Lunes a Sabado 9:00-18:00 hrs
Horario: Lunes a Sábado de 9:00am a 6:00pm
Posición de forma temporal para laborar hasta Junio del 2025
