Summary
The Field Service Tech will be responsible for traveling to the RVM locations to test, troubleshoot and repair our reverse vending machines (RVM). The ideal candidate would have a great work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills with provided training. This candidate would have an understanding in maintenance or mechanical systems with the ability to troubleshoot with root cause analysis.
Job Description
Maintain, service and repair reverse vending machines (RVM’s). This role will focus on conveyors, sensors, motors and other equipment. Service visits to your area as a daily activity so driving licence and driving experience essential.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to our customers and public
Independently perform analysis and fixes for down systems, executing preventive maintenance, and train customers
Make pre-site visits to new customers, making sure they are well prepared for the installation of RVM machines
Install and commissioning new RVM’s at new sites
Collecting direct feedback from customers for future improvements/improvements to our devices
