Field Service Engineer(MEXICO)*

Full-Time

As a Field Service Engineer*, you’ll play a crucial role in our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Installation and Maintenance:

    • Install, commission, and maintain sensor-based sorters within TOMRA’s Recycling install base.
    • Optimize system performance through regular testing and adjustments.
  2. Exceptional Customer Experiences:

    • Communicate effectively with our diverse customer base using various mediums.
    • Provide top-class support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. On-Site Visits and Service Sales:

    • Prepare and review onsite service visits and help for service sales offers
    • Give support to Sales and Project Management
  4. Training and Knowledge Transfer:

    • Train customer maintenance and service personnel on-site.
    • Work closely with our TSS Service Engineers to enhance their skills.
  • Spanish and English is a must have and need to be fluent, Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with customers.
  • At least 3 years or more of electrical and mechanical background/customer facing work experience required.
  • University degree in Electrical, electronic, control and automation or similar.
  • Superior computer and operating system skills in Microsoft family
  •  B2B market in Industrial markets.
  • Troubleshooting, and follow-up skills. excellent technical problem-solving, Self-driven, pro-active and target oriented working style with a high willingness to perform.
