- Field service work (commissioning, testing, integration, optimization, maintenance and repair) mainly in Turkey, Middle East and West Asia, but also in other geographical regions might occur.
- Give support (incl. Remote support) to clients in terms of technical issues and sorter performance
- Provides detailed field reports that are useful for the whole organisation after every installation or technical intervention
- Takes care of a timely reporting of activities, costs and other reporting
- Training of customer maintenance and operations personnel.
- Prepare and review onsite service visits and help for service sales offers
- Providing on call technical phone support and field response to equipment and customer issues
- Getting a broad knowledge on various sensor types & applications
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information and issues in a user-friendly manner.
- Good in spoken and written English
- Excellent technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills
- Ability to relate to customers, their views and issues, locally and in other countries and cultures
- Motivated individual who has a passion for Engineering
- Socially outgoing, ability to handle higher work loads
- University or College studies in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering preferred, minimum Technician or engineering 3rd Level qualification required.
- Few years “hands-on” experience in a B2B, Industrial Equipment support role
- In-depth Knowledge of electrical systems and fault finding
- Advanced IT and network skills
- Full clean driving license essential
- Flexible and willingness for international travel
- Team-Player with capability to work independent
