Field Service Engineer (FSE) will work closely with Service manager Korea and
regional and global colleagues in Tomra Sorting Recycling,
• Extensive travels within Korea and to other Asian countries and Europe are
required in this position.
• The employee will formally be hired by Tomra Sorting Co., Ltd.
• This position requires strong Compliance with Company code of conduct and HSE
regulations.
• Field service work (on time trouble shooting, installation, commissioning,
optimization, maintenance and customer training) in Korea, but also tasks in other
geographical regions may occur.
• Providing support (incl. Remote support) to customers in terms of technical issues
and solutions/upgrades for improving performance of Tomra’s sorting system.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by executing Service work.
• Creating and maintaining a good relationship with customers and understanding
their needs by proactively identifying potential Tomra equipment failures and
proactive corrective actions.
• Logging all actions during service and installation job in Service report
• Preparing and ensuring that all materials, parts and equipment are available and
at the appropriate quality for Service activities.
• Executing field training for customer maintenance teams and service personnel on
site.
• Supporting service sales in field.
• Technical training in Germany and/or other locations will be required periodically.
• Following up requests from Sales and Project Management
