- Installing, commissioning, maintaining, optimizing, and repairing sensor-based sorters at TOMRA Recycling installation bases.
- Ensuring maximum performance of TOMRA sorting systems in the field, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and support.
- Optimizing sorting systems/processes through sampling and testing.
- Identifying opportunities to add value to our customers' businesses by introducing complementary TOMRA products, solutions, and services.
- Serving as a liaison between customers and Headquarters, gathering and providing market feedback to continuously improve customer service and identify new opportunities.
- Vocational education and training (VET) in electricity or electronics / computer science / or similar
- 2-3 years work experience in industrial environment
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Being self-motivated and having the proven capacity to fully complete tasks
- Advanced IT and network skills
- Affinity for computer programs, healthy logical understanding to understand contexts
- A certain talent for communication when dealing with people - in our case these are customers
- Socially outgoing, ability to handle stressful tasks
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Willing to travel for at least 80 % of the time, based on a flexible schedule
- Full clean driving license essential
- Knowledge of recycling processes is a plus
