We’re looking for a results-driven Field Sales Representative in Orlando to help expand our presence and empower small businesses. The ideal candidate is skilled at building face-to-face relationships, sharing business solutions, and passionate about driving growth. You’ll manage a pipeline of potential clients, leveraging cold calls, walk-ins, and social media outreach to grow your book of business. Attending industry events, conducting demos, and educating clients on the app’s features will be key to ensuring their success. A strong work ethic, proactive follow-up, and commitment to client satisfaction are essential.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need:

  • We believe prior exposure to field sales will set you up for success, with 2-4 years preferred.
  • Residency in Orlando and a valid driver’s license and a vehicle to drive to client locations.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Experience with sales process focused on onboarding / activation.
  • Results-driven attitude with a motivation and track record of exceeding sales target.

It will also help you to have…

  • Experience in the Beauty industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience selling for technology/ SaaS companies is a plus; as well as working with small business clients.
  • Experience with utilizing Salesforce to organize your sales process and manage your pipeline.

Salary Range: $50,000-65,000 base salary + uncapped commission.
