What we’re looking for…

The Field Sales Performance Analyst plays a pivotal role in reviewing, analysing and summarising the effectiveness of the various field sales teams within AG Barr.

Influencing the delivery of our core business objectives:

  • Market Share growth within Symbol & Independent stores
  • Enhancing Visibility & Availability within Multiple stores
  • Growing distribution, visibility & availability within Out Of Home and Wholesale customers
  • This role requires strong analytical attention to detail to enable Field Sales management to understand what's driving their teams performance.


Your responsibilities will include...

As a Field Sales Performance Analyst your responsibilities will include;

  • Performance Analysis: Analyse internal and external data to understand teams impact against business KPIs, providing regular updates on team and individual performance.
  • Report Architect: Responsible for creation & maintenance of required reports to drive performance understanding and ultimately a high performance culture.
  • Meaningful Insights: As a performance analyst you will collect, organise, cleanse and interpret data to find meaningful and actionable insights. You must be able to identify and apply the most appropriate analytical techniques to bring different data sources together, tell a story with data and challenge assumptions about data.
  • Deep Dive: On request or via personal intuition there is a regular requirement to establish what's driving or impacting performance, the role holder should be able to identify areas of further review, carry out this review and present back findings with recommendations for action
  • Data Consumability: Understand each of your key stakeholders and ensure that reports and dashboards are consumable across a range of data literacies.
  • Review & Enhancement: Work collaboratively with Field Sales Managers and representatives to regularly review reporting requirements, enhancing outputs inline with business expectations.

  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Communication: Good communication skills with an ability to flex outputs appropriate to audience
  • Technical: High level of technical capability across G-Suite and Microsoft products.
  • High Personal Standards: Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
  • Problem Solver: Innate nature to understand root cause with tenacity to find it.
  • Critical Thinker: With a real need to understand why!
