What we’re looking for…
To lead teams of Business Development Representatives and Sales Ambassadors (BDRs/SAs) to deliver our key commercial strategic priorities. Field Sales Managers lead the people elements of their teams - Coaching & Development, Performance Management,
Recruitment, Training support - and although supported with various central resources, the
role will be measured on the effectiveness of its team management focusing mainly on
driving KPI performance across the team via increased distribution and scorecard growth.
