The Distribution Sales Account Manager for PRC is a commissioned sales position responsible for sales to Authorized Distributors and Resellers in PRC. 

The successful candidate will manage the business relationships with Solidigm’s Authorized Distributors in PRC to achieve growth goals and deliver to sales targets for both Data Center and Client products.  This individual is expected to manage all aspects of the company’s engagement with Distribution partners including administering distributors programs, overseeing the use of marketing development funds, pricing implementation, driving Sales Out, managing inventory, launching new products, and delivering trainings and road map updates to Distribution Sales teams and their down stream customers. 

This position will also be responsible for identifying new strategic downstream customers in the region, developing programs to accelerate sales and grow the broad channel customer base. This individual will also need to collaborate closely with the Regional Data Center and Client Field Sales Teams and Local Operations.

    Understanding of the Storage and Memory marketplace Experience selling to Distributors and Resellers and understanding of sales channel dynamics Ability to conduct complex business negotiation inclusive of pricing, supply, alliances and multiparty business agreements Demonstrated ability to interface and influence from CEO executives down to purchasing and product managers in key decision-making situations Sales results orientation and hunting mentality.  Proven experience in identifying and developing new customers. Experience interacting with internal & external stakeholders to obtain required support and achieve sales results in the field Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with proven ability to execute effectively across teams Strong verbal and written communication skills Regular business travel is required

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, STEM or related. Master’s degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of sales experience
