More specifically, as a Field Sales Representative, you will:
- “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc);
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness;
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long- lasting relationships;
- Meet personal and team sales targets;
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads;
- Attend meetings sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments;
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of expertise in B to B field sales at mid – senior level management;
- Track record of consistently achieving quota in past positions;
- A good understanding of information technology, particularly web-based application
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;
- Previous experience in banking sector and Card Terminals is a great plus;
- Understanding of financial products / services features and advantages;
- Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
- Outstanding negotiation / sales skills with proven closing ability;
- Strong organizational and diary management skills;
- Resilient and persistent, able to handle objections;
- A results-driven approach and strong self-drive, along with the ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets;
- Motivated to succeed, both personally and financially;
- Bachelors degree;
- A valid driving license;
- Fluent in French;
- Excellent use of English is an advantage.
