1. Quality Management system (10-20%)
- Follow APAC Quality Policy, Standards and Code of Practices
- Manage Nonconformity of field production activities.
- Knowledge transfer field production team and growers field quality standard (Field score card)
- Update the local quality standards for field quality regulation
2. Conduct field inspection as assigned location (70-80%)
- Make field inspection planning base on planting schedule, conduct field inspection, ensure strictly follow schedule and on time inspection.
- Ensure the compliance Field Quality Score card and process.
- Make daily record, monthly report to support field rating decision
- Implement seeds quality improvement program in field quality by developing, tracking, and improving leading indicators of quality
- Follow up harvesting MC, ensure proper harvesting schedule
3. Support Toller processing after done harvesting season (10-30%)
- Web cob receiving supervision
- Packing supervision
- Be a agronomy engineer
- Have experience quality control in seed industry is a plus
- Experience on Quality Management System and Total quality management is a plus
- Organizing skills, good computer user
- Active, cooperative, accurate, timely, orderly
- Teamwork development and reliability in relationships across functions.
- Positive attitude to change, innovation, creativity.
