Join a fast-growing company with a purpose! At Fastned you will actively contribute to accelerating the transition to electric mobility. We are looking for a Field Operations Manager DACH+ to join our Field Operations team at Fastned. The Field Operations team is responsible for continuously maintaining our operational stations in a perfect state to offer a reliable, safe and customer-friendly charging experience to electric drivers across our 8 markets.
As a Field Operations Manager for the extended DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, Denmark and Italy for now), you will play a key role in the success of our mission to bring freedom to electric drivers in some of our main markets. You will be in charge of a growing number of operational charging stations (currently about 50) across 4 different countries. For now, Denmark and Italy are just starting with a very limited number of stations, so they would be under your responsibility until they reach a critical size. Your primary focus will be to ensure that they are kept functional, reliable, safe, clean and welcoming for our customers. You will lead, supervise and grow an internal team of 6 Field Engineers carrying out onsite repairs at our stations, ensuring the highest uptime in the market. Next to that, you will be the contact point internally to all stakeholders (country and central teams), and externally to contractors and parties involved in the operations of our stations. The scope of your responsibilities will range from field maintenance to spare parts logistics, as well as bigger infrastructure projects and internal process optimization.
