SpecterOps is searching for a Field Marketing Specialist to scale our events and webinar programs. We are looking for a junior leader that can support our existing event pipeline and expand our programs. Our ideal candidate has a “no task is too small” mentality and a willingness to “roll up sleeves”. This opportunity is ideal for someone with some experience but looking to grow into an events or marketing lead.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 base salary annually, commensurate with experience.
Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with frequent travel for events they are leading, conferences, quarterly for in-person company events and other ad hoc meetings.

Responsibilities
- Support our GTM teams hit their revenue goals by executing in-person and online event programs that are thoughtful and engaging for our target audience
- Plan and manage all aspects of events, including program, logistics, budgets, timelines and staffing.
- Build rapport and collaborate with sales representatives to build field plans for all regions

Own all systems, processes and reporting for events including creating landing pages, organizing logistics, coordinating speakers and booth staff, generating lead reports, and more.
- Oversee relationships with vendors and agencies supporting our events motions, including conference organizers, community managers, design agencies, and more.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure services and goods are delivered within budget and timeline
- Ensure event requirements are aligned with internal stakeholders and are set up to maximize results including lead / prospect lists, sales follow up processes, event campaign templates and more
- Report on the event programs' results including leads acquired, accounts engaged, total costs and other metrics relevant to performance.
- Research and provide recommendations to optimize event locations and evaluate alternatives and availability.

Establish processes for event planning, follow-ups, coordination and logistics to improve our efficiency over time and scale our programs.
- Engage and build rapport with internal stakeholders to help determine the event and webinar roadmap
- Drive effective communications with customers and internal teams

Establish a clear, regular, and effective communications cadence with stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2+ Years Experience in Events, Marketing or Operation roles
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and have an ongoing desire to stay current with the latest technologies.
- Experience in project management with client-facing / service-oriented responsibilities
- Skilled in fostering team collaboration and serving as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders, with a focus on Sales, Marketing and Training.
- Proven ability to multi-task across multiple high-priority and time-sensitive projects and stakeholders
- Travel: up to 40%
