About the job
Scaleway’s Demand Generation team is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Marketing Intern. Working closely with both marketing and sales, you will drive lead generation and create impactful campaigns. Your contributions will be essential to Scaleway’s growth and success. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, creative and passionate about marketing and advertising.
Mission
As a Field Marketing intern, your mission is to support the design, implementation and execution of field marketing campaigns. You will contribute to the growth of our revenue and sales pipeline through trade shows, customer events, webinars and promotional campaigns.
Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the execution of two key events: VivaTech and ai-PULSE (Scaleway’s own AI-focused event). You will be accountable to create a flawless experience for all attendees, and to engage with target accounts before and during the event.
Working closely with the Head of Demand Generation, you will own the end-to-end creation of a marketing academy, developing it from scratch to structure and optimize the team’s tools and resources.
Our team works in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to ramp up quickly, feel comfortable making decisions and take initiatives in order to ensure the success of your projects.

Responsibilities
Help the Field Marketing team plan and carry out trade shows, customer events, webinars and promotional campaignsJoin the ai-PULSE core team and support the organization of this Scaleway AI event

Join the ai-PULSE core team and support the organization of this Scaleway AI event
Lead the new marketing academy by designing the framework, curating key materials, and reshaping how knowledge is organized and shared within the team
Work closely with sales to constantly improve alignment with revenue goals and efficiency
Work with our marketing stack (e.g. Salesforce, Livestorm) for accurate program execution and analysis to achieve marketing qualified leads and revenue targets
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences and competitive activities
Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using analytics tools
The ideal candidate
Bac +5 with a marketing specialty
Previous experience in events organization, ideally in the tech ecosystem
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams
Motivated by being accountable for growth of self-serve revenue and/or sales pipeline
Comfortable with technically diverse products, terminology & industry players
Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges
