SonicWall is looking for a Field Marketing Manager owning the planning, development and execution of all field marketing activities, both direct and indirect via resellers and distributors in SonicWall’s sales territory UK, Ireland and Nordics. This individual will work closely with the EMEA Field Marketing Director and the regional sales leadership team to develop a marketing plan supporting the region’s business goals and targets. Using all tactics of the marketing mix, including but not limited to digital campaigns, social media, webcasts and events, the role will own the strategic planning as well as tactical execution and analysis of marketing programs. The position requires a blend of strong marketing execution and communication capabilities along with an ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external (partner) marketing, sales and executive teams.
As a small but highly interactive and engaged team we look for an energetic, upstart marketing professional, that can work autonomously but loves to interact with others, doesn’t hesitate to build relationships across countries, continents and cultures and brings a strong team spirit.

Job Title: Field Marketing Manager
Location: Basingstoke, UK (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities include:
• Planning, development and implementation of programs to drive lead generation and partner recruitment - implemented directly by SonicWall and indirectly by through-partner activities
• Monitoring of plan and budget including execution of MDF-financed activities
• Managing SonicWall’s presence at field events
• Partner communications and enablement
• Marketing trainings for partners and sales team
• Development of new customer case studies and video testimonials


Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably cybersecurity
• Experience in channel environments and the IT security industry are of advantage
• Autonomous and structured way of working
• Drives collaboration with external partners and internal teams to ensure flawless execution
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Results driven
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Jira are of advantage
• Personal engagement and having fun by working as a team in a multi-national environment
