Responsibilities
- Works with the Senior Programs Manager and the Senior Manager in the deployment of marketing campaigns within the International field marketing plan
- Ownership and deployment of Global product led campaign across the INT region inline with the regional business priorities, and adhoc/opportunistic regional field marketing activities
- Work collaboratively with the senior field marketing manager plus content, digital, campaigns, event, and public relations teams to help deliver the agreed international field marketing plan and to co-develop the necessary content including blogs, white papers, client stories, sell sheets, videos, press release, webinars, events and speaking engagements
- Provides governance of agreed lead flows in the field to ensure the correct application of globally defined procedures and guidelines alongside preferred sales ownership in region.
- Works to maximise regional lead follow-up and supports the Senior manager and Senior field programs manager in the timely and accurate briefing of campaign follow-ups
- Provides regular updates to regional teams regarding the field marketing execution - including events, case studies, solutions and services collateral, and thought leadership - and any other marketing material needed to arm our sales team and customer success teams with the campaign information they need to support their external conversations
- Champion the Rackspace brand, ensuring consistency with global branding guidelines while tailoring approaches to meet local market needs.

Required Skills
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in technology marketing, with at least 4 years within field marketing or a related area.
- Proven track record of supporting marketing strategies in the EMEA and APJ regions. Experience in other markets across the globe is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools
- Ability to travel as required for the role.
