THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT: 

Our Marketing department  is made up of around fifty experts based globally working on the online and offline programs and activities, with a focus on account-based marketing and events, especially our flagship premier yearly customer event. 

ROLE:

Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for a Field Marketing Associate for the APAC region. You will be reporting to the Senior Field Marketing Manager in Asia. You will drive end to end execution and coordination of marketing events and campaigns in the APAC region, ensuring they meet our demand generation and brand building objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

  • Coordinate all end-to-end activities for Ivalua-hosted events and 3rd party events to ensure smooth execution and support to the events.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs including events venues and services.
  • Coordinate the production of essential materials and collateral for the various events and campaigns.
  • Provide on-site support for marketing events locally and regionally as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal Legal and Finance teams on marketing administration related activities.
  • Provide support in collating information for reporting including ROI, pipeline, and campaign metrics.
  • Support local partners on joint marketing programs.
  • Coordinate with regional Field Marketing and local sales to execute and deliver integrated sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads, including measuring and reporting.

YOUR PROFILE

Skills and Experience:

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in Field Marketing. Enterprise Software preferred but not required.
  • Fluent English language skills are a must and a second Asian language competence is a plus.
  • Experience working on events management and marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Good understanding of marketing automation capabilities
  • Ability to build strong relationships with the Marketing Team (Global and Local), stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing, or related field

Soft Skills :

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, Hubspot (or equivalent B2B marketing automation tool, e.g. Eloqua, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Pardot) experience a plus
  • Strong ability to work against organisational deadlines and KPIs.
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organisational requirements.
  • Approximately 20% out-of-the-area and overnight travel should be expected.
