We are looking for an upbeat and proactive Field Deskside consultant on site in Myton, UT to support one of our clients! In this role, you will contribute to the business in a number of ways including working with end users ranging from entry level to C-level executives with queries related to the supported software, hardware and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner. You will work with the Director, Client Success to ensure a high level of service delivery and client satisfaction!
A Day in the Life:
- Help build and achieve team goals by setting clear expectations and establishing deadlines
- Share relevant LVS news to the team regarding wins, growth, direction and strategy
- Monitor team performance and escalate any people issues or concerns to your manager
- Conduct quarterly CLPs with each team member
- Communicate regularly and provide prompt feedback to the team on successes and areas of improvement
- Maintain confidentiality on team and management meetings
- Encourage attendance in team building and company-related events
- Review and approve time entry, vacation requests, expense reports and training forms
- Recognize outstanding performance and achievements of team members
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of related IT experience
- Knowledge of server operations, infrastructure, web interfaces, and remote access tools
- Experience supporting Microsoft environments in a service desk or deskside support role
- Experience with the following:
- *Microsoft Office 2010 / 2013 / O365
- *Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- *Remote support
- *PC / printer hardware / VPN / Citrix
- *Active Directory
- *Supporting mobile devices
- *ITIL Incident Management understanding
- Ability to diagnose, research and solve technical and data issues independently
- Ability to work with ServiceNOW
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
