We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join our team as a Field CTO. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of EUC industry trends and customer operations, paired with an affinity for lifelong learning and staying current with the latest technologies. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise, with a focus on advancing the Nexthink agenda and establishing thought leadership in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Industry Expertise and Customer Understanding:

  • Possess a deep knowledge of EUC industry dynamics and customer operational realities.
  • Expertise in the finance vertical (banking, insurance)
  • Deep knowledge of the DEX market, for external hires a comprehensive training on Nexthink will be provided to bridge any knowledge gaps.

Lifelong Learning and Trend Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of the latest EUC industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Digest and evaluate new information to form well-rounded, informed opinions.

Thought Leadership and Advisory:

  • Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor, offering up-to-date insights on industry and technology trends that benefit Nexthink.
  • Actively engage with business and technology leaders within customer organizations to promote Nexthink's value propositions.

Business and Technology Bridge:

  • Successfully navigate business and technology landscapes, acting as a bridge between the two.
  • Facilitate understanding and communication between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to understand customer business strategy and create strategic propositions to advance Nexthink’s agenda.

Customer Engagement and Communication:

  • Engage with customer’s business and technology leaders to drive the Nexthink agenda.
  • Exhibit top-level communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and compellingly.
  • Ability to lead workshop and whiteboard sessions with business and technology leaders.
  • Comfortable engaging at CxO level.

Thought Leadership Activities:

  • Lead thought leadership initiatives including speaking at events, authoring white papers, participating in marketing events, and contributing to advisory boards and executive briefings.
  • Represent Nexthink at industry conferences and events to enhance brand presence and credibility.

Field Team Enablement:

  • Develop and disseminate thought leadership materials to enable and facilitate Field teams.
  • Ensure Field teams are equipped with the latest insights to drive customer engagement.

Product Team Collaboration:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Nexthink product teams, providing insights that link business needs with technology solutions.
  • Influence product development by communicating customer and industry insights to the product team.
  • Extensive experience in the EUC industry with a deep comprehension of customer operations.
  • Proven track record of staying current with industry trends and technologies.
  • Recognized as a thought leader and trusted advisor within the industry.
  • Robust ability to bridge business and technology domains.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience engaging with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive thought leadership initiatives.
  • Ability to create and enable Field teams with insightful materials.
  • Experience advising product teams and influencing product strategy.
  • Comfortable carrying a performance related target.

Base salary ranges are determined by country, role, level, experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects Nexthink’s good faith determination of the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all US locations.
