Federal Partner Director

Saviynt is currently looking to hire a Federal Partner Director focused on establishing Partner relationships for adoption and representation of our solutions. This role will work collaboratively with the Regional Vice President of Federal Sales, the Federal team of Account Executives, and our existing Partner Organizations.

Saviynt’s Cloud platform for Identity has a proven track record of helping all Partners standardize and automate the setup and delivery of Identity services to achieve true scalability with their clients. We are passionate that the regional model is accretive and important as a significant growth driver for Saviynt.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit and onboard Federal Systems Integrators (FSIs), Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and Federal-focused Solution Providers.
  • Help identify partners aligned to existing and targeted Identity programs across DoD/Intel and Civilian departments/agencies.
  • Develop partner-sourced pipeline and achieve annual partner sourced revenue targets.
  • Use professional judgment to create, analyze and execute lead-generation programs with partners.
  • Track relevant sales activities in Salesforce.com to track progress and measure success.
  • Leverage our partner marketing and partner enablement teams to drive the “market-to” motion of Saviynt’s products to this set of partners.
  • Develop an ecosystem of qualified, trained, and certified partner implementation specialists to maintain an even supply in the market.
  • Assess and quantify the current supply and demand for partner implementation resources with specific clearance requirements.

Qualifications

  • This is a remote role, but the ideal candidate will be located in Washington DC, Maryland or Virginia.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of Partner Federal-specific experience in the enterprise software industry.
  • Ability to assess the current network of Partners and evaluate net-new relationships.
  • Significant experience working with multiple Partners across the Saviynt partner taxonomy.
  • Proven track record of partner pipeline generation and quota attainment.
  • Experience working in a collaborative cross-team environment.
  • Prior experience with a mix of Global Systems Integrators, Federal Systems Integrators and Solution providers is highly desirable.
  • Cyber and Identity experience is a plus.
