As a Federal Account Executive, you will deliver on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of key technologies in an assigned territory covering Federal DOD agencies (Navy and the US Airforce). The ideal candidate has both a business background that enables them to engage at the CXO level and agency sales background that enables them to easily interact with agency leadership. You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about the agency's mission with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions around technology offerings and professional services.  

Note: Saviynt has a FedRAMP Moderate Authorization and is pursuing a FedRAMP High Authorization.  Funding, staffing and gap analysis work has all been approved and is underway for the FedRAMP High effort.  Authorization is anticipated in 2025. 

Requirements:

  • Develop and grow relationships within an assigned DOD territory with an emphasis on Navy and US Airforce. In addition, your territory will include working with Federal Systems Integrators who manage key agency programs.
  • Develop and activate executive relationships at the individual stakeholder and decision-maker levels within your agency territory to achieve growth and position leading technology solutions focused on Cybersecurity, Zero Trust, Cloud Enablement,  and providing identity solutions for DoD entities in denied, degraded, intermittent and limited (DDIL) environments.
  • Work closely with prime contract holders to provide maximum value to the government for cybersecurity investments
  • Create and execute strategic account plans for each account to target CXO  decision-makers and influencers.    
  • Identify and prospect for new targets for technology solutions and professional services.
  • Produce and articulate business cases for prospective and existing Federal customers in collaboration with our solution architecture/engineering team and as well as with our key strategic technology partners.
  • Meet or exceed all revenue and gross profit quota for your portfolio of Federal DoD and Intel Agencies
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to comfortably interact with C-level executives and Federal leadership, demonstrating excellent communication skills, the ability to differentiate and work at strategic and tactical levels simultaneously.
  • Cross-functional influence and well-developed relationship-building skills, willingness to take a leadership role driving initiatives, working across organizations, and structuring new opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial with a high level of energy, dedication, and an unrelenting drive to succeed and win; yet, be a team player and have a collaborative approach to winning.
  • Ability to manage your portfolio of business opportunities by utilizing CRM tools to provide sales pipeline growth and accurate quarterly forecasting.
  • Travel will be required to appropriately manage your assigned territory.
