The role

At Nile, we see roles as an opportunity for personal development. As our business grows, so will the scope of your role. Today, our team requires a hands-on Farmer Relationship Manager. The successful applicant will take ownership of the following functions:

• Focus on growing Nile's pipeline of farmers
• Drive adoption of Nile's online platform by training farmers to leverage the online functionality
• Build strong relationships with key farmers on the Nile platform
• Support transaction execution from existing farmers
• Responsible to grow turnover of business within a given group of farmers

Requirements

Skills and aptitude

• Prior experience as a retail buyer will be favorably considered
• Excellent Communicator with high degree of ownership
• Ability to build strong business relationships
• Bachelors Degree is preferred
• Being able to adapt to changing environments and work processes
