Factory automation Engineer with SECS/GEM (Semiconductor)

JD :

1. 5+ years’ experience on Factory automation using SECSGEM protocols for Equipment integration.

1. Experience in using Cimetrix peer group any other SECS/GEM drivers.
2. Experience with semi-standards for the factory automation:
   1. E-004 (SECS-I), E-005 (SECS-II), E-010 (RAM), E-037 (HSMS) and E-142 Substrate
   2. E-82: Interbay / Intraday AMHS SEM
   3. E-84: Enhanced Carrier Handoff Parallel I/O Interface
   4. E-85: AMHS Stocker to Interbay Transport System Interoperability
   5. E-87: Carrier Management SEMI Standards.

   7. GEM Collection Events
   8. Alarms
