City Wide Facility Solutions St. Louis, named a “Best Places to Work STL 2023” is growing and we’re seeking an upbeat, motivated, detail-oriented Account Manager. City Wide Facility Solutions is the largest management company in the building maintenance industry, facilitating janitorial and more than 20 additional maintenance services for every client. The Account Manager is responsible for nurturing client relationships and overseeing the service needs in an assigned territory in the St. Louis area. This position provides field support including – training, support and guidance with new clients, trouble-shooting customer requests, coordinating site visits, and developing long-term relationships with clients and contractors. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, procuring supplies, and always ensuring quality service and striving for high client satisfaction.
Essential functions:
- Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including client retention, expansion, and diversification of City Wide building solutions and/or products.
- Formulate and manage an effective service strategy and schedule tailored to each client.
- Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services. Determine pricing, staffing, and logistics.
- Manage all contractor relationships including pricing and other contract terms, develop service specifications, client and contractor compliance, and add or replace contractors as necessary.
- Ensure a standard of excellence in quality and client satisfaction through detailed quality control inspections of client sites and consistent follow through with all commitments to clients.
- Direct night managers, ensuring the client’s strategy is executed and all services are performed correctly.
- Promptly address and effectively communicate all client issues with contractors and the Director of Operations.
- Schedule each non-routine activity in client facilities.
- Notify sales executives of potential accounts in your territory, especially new construction.
- Discuss quality control surveys with your clients and encourage them to take the time to respond when they are received.
Compensation Package:
- $75,000 - $135,000 - all in compensation- including commissions and bonuses
- $500 per month car allowance
