A day in the life of a Facilities Office Assistant at The Iowa Clinic:
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities team 
  • Make independent judgements and decisions regarding planning, organizing, scheduling meetings and appointments, prioritizing own work
  • Proficient in using Outlook, Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel 
  • Producing high quality reports, presentations, and other documents 
  • Must have strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a corporate and/or healthcare setting
  • Demonstrated proficiency in use of Excel spreadsheet and word processing software
  • Previous detail-oriented administrative support experience required
  • Facilities experience a plus!
