- Conduct baseline assessments of all equipment and dock facilities to ensure compatibility with the plan of record material flow.
- Manage the station readiness and installation processes, ensuring equipment meets safety, ergonomics, and operational standards.
- Oversee the entire equipment lifecycle, from request for quote (RFQ) to installation and final plant buy-off, adhering to timeline and budget constraints.
- Coordinate off-station readiness activities, including PIV charging, dock modifications, and advanced equipment installations.
- Maintain and update the PFEP document in real time, ensuring accurate tracking of equipment, facilities changes, and project timelines.
- Lead early equipment management (EEM) activities to gather lessons learned and ensure robust project execution.
- Conduct comprehensive facility field checks, CAD standardization, and ensure final as-built layouts reflect the actual setup.
- Bachelor degree of Engineering
- +5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel and Access).
- Working knowledge of ergonomics and its application in equipment and facility design.
- Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to dynamic launch environments.
- Experience in a team-based environment with excellent oral presentation capabilities.
