📈 Reporting to: Facilities & Administrative Support Operational Unit Leader of the Finance Division.

1. FACILITIES OFFICER 

What You ‘ll Be Doing:

• Supervise the maintenance team, monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Supervise & inspections for facilities and mechanical equipment.
• Supervise the software systems of buildings (BMS, Fire Fighting).
• Manage and supervise Outsource Contracts.
• Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the installation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor/University Degree in Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 3-4 years of proven working experience in F.M.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Greek.
• Excellent use of MS Office, especially Excel.

Key Competencies:

• Willingness to take initiative and drive results.
• Detail oriented personality with analytical thinking.
• Very good planning and time-management skills.
• High sense of accountability and great ability to work effectively as part of a team.

2. ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGMENT EXPERT

What You ‘ll Be Doing:

• Environmental management.
• Waste management.
• Environmental licensing, compliance with laws & regulations.
• Health & Safety management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor/University Degree in technical Direction.
• Internal auditor ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
• At least 3-4 years of proven working experience in Environmental management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Greek.
• Excellent use of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Willingness to take initiative and drive results.
• Detail oriented personality with analytical thinking.
• Very good planning and time-management skills.
• High sense of accountability and great ability to work effectively as part of a team.
