❕This role is 100% remote and you will join a team that already works from 20 different world countries. 

THE ROLE

As the Facebook Community & Sales Specialist, you'll drive sales and engagement on Facebook platforms. In this evolving role, you’ll grow our communities, attract new members, and engage existing ones to boost sales through strategies like live sessions, exclusive offers, and interactive events. 

If you don't have direct experience, no worries—we’ll provide a comprehensive course to help you learn how to implement these strategies effectively. We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, eager to grow, and excited to make an impact. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build & Engage Communities: Grow and actively manage Facebook groups to foster a loyal and engaged sales-driven community. Leverage Facebook to increase member acquisition and brand loyalty.

  • Drive Community Growth: Experiment with strategies and content formats (e.g., polls, live streams) to increase engagement and expand the online community, ultimately boosting sales.

  • Create Compelling Offers: Develop exclusive offers, time-sensitive promotions, and events that drive sales and excitement within the community.

  • Host Engaging Events: Plan and host live events such as product showcases, Q&A sessions, and contests to drive engagement and encourage purchases.

  • Monitor & Adapt Campaigns: Continuously track campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on real-time data and feedback to optimize sales outcomes.

  • Leverage Data: Analyze sales performance to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI each quarter.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on strategy, goals, and execution.
