What You'll Do:

Ensure Smooth Operations: Keep our industrial machinery and equipment running smoothly and reliably through meticulous planning and scheduled maintenance.

Champion Safety: Lead safety training sessions, investigate incidents, and ensure a safe working environment for all.

Innovate Solutions: Tackle complex and unique challenges with independent judgment and creativity, modifying standards related to plant layout, design, and construction.

Lead Projects: Be the primary contact for local facilities projects, overseeing cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establish milestones and ensure adherence to master plans and budgets.

Collaborate and Improve: Work cross-functionally to standardize business processes, maintain quality standards, and enhance existing processes. Take a leadership role in benchmarking and identifying global best practices.

Support and Resolve: Assist with customer site visits, fabrication deliveries, installations, and technical support as needed. Analyze and resolve fabrication issues.

Drive Excellence: Maintain and improve FEM programs, support manufacturing catalog cells, and ensure total productive maintenance programs are in place.
What We're Looking For:

Educational Background: BS Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, or equivalent.

Communication Skills: Effective communicator in electronic, written, and verbal forms. Comfortable making presentations to small or large groups.

Attention to Detail: Acute attention to detail and ability to maintain records and prepare reports.

Team Player: Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Tech-Savvy: Motivated to stay abreast of the latest technology in Facilities and Manufacturing fields.

Flexibility: Willingness to accept assignments of all types, including frequent travel and relocation.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving ability and familiarity with materials planning computer systems (BPCS or M3 preferred).

Technical Knowledge: Familiar with machinery, mechanical equipment, construction materials, methods, and equipment.

Software Proficiency: Competence in standard software applications such as Microsoft Office and CAD.

Travel: Ability to travel up to 40%.
