Expressions of Interest - TSPV Business Analyst

The Opportunity:

Leidos is building a new program with a new customer account. The program will implement new DevOps build pipelines and services for capability delivery teams and develop new business applications for end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in Agile teams to capture and utilise user stories/use cases and requirements.
  • Be the voice of the user into Leidos development and integration teams, to ensure our teams are delivering mission value to our users.
  • Conduct user liaison and support for development activities including testing and validation.
  • Participate in Agile sprints, providing user representation during testing.

Support Organisational Change Management (OCM) activities and the transition of solutions into production and operational use, such as communications and training.

What You Will Bring:

  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile delivery teams and with automated CI/CD delivery pipelines.
  • Demonstrated experience to apply advanced business analysis principles, methodologies and concepts.
  • Experience working with national security agencies and in highly-secure environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments, both public cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Knowledge of publishing and editing technologies and tools, such as InDesign, XML and web technologies.
  • Qualifications in Agile delivery, CI/CD, business analysis, business architecture and OCM will be highly considered.

Due to the nature of the work this role will require applicants to be Australian Citizens with a TSPV security clearance.

Applicants may also need to meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements. In certain circumstances this can place limitations on persons who hold dual nationality, permanent residency or are former nationals of certain countries as per ITAR 126.1.
