What will you be doing in this role?
- Lead agile decisions on priorities, value, and functionality
- Supervise business analysts
- Understand project goals and objectives deeply
- Validate and clarify requirements with stakeholders
- Propose solutions combining IT tools and business process improvements
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value
- Write user stories and tests for each sprint
- Help schedule and plan user stories into sprints
- Join project planning, daily stand-ups, and Scrum meetings
- Review and approve deliverables after each sprint
- Organize end-of-sprint product demos
- Ensure business acceptance of the product
- Maintain testing standards and report progress
- Improve transparency and communication
- Help prioritize and resolve defects
- Serve as Scrum Master
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Hold a Master's degree or equivalent
- Have one of the following certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) / Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) / SAFe Product Owner
- Optional certifications: ITIL certification and/or Prince2/PM²
- At least 5 specific expertise in Java SE/EE
- A minimum of 5 years working experience with SOAP/REST webservices
- No less than 5 years working experience with Oracle DB
- At least 5 years experience in Scrum methodology
- No less than 1 year of experience with agile toolbox (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, BigPicture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.)
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience Application Management Lifecycle
- Must have 1 year or more of experience of Service Oriented Architecture
- At least 1 year of experience in applications design
- No less than 1 year of professional experience with modelling tools
- One year or more of experience with Enterprise Architecture
- A minimum 1 year experience with business process analysis
- Expertise with large, enterprise-level multi-user and technologies Information Systems
- Knowledge of interoperability technology (e.g. web services, message oriented middleware, service oriented bus)
- Good redaction skills
- Proficiency in English language at C1 level
