What is Expert Digital Product Analytics?
As a “Expert Digital Product Analytics”, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights and leading strategic initiatives. The individual will need to have strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead multiple scrums contributing to business acquisition.
Expert Digital Analytics is expected to be a self-driven person who will be able to in a fast-paced environment by developing data supported decisions that address in-house digital apps business challenges.
What does Expert Digital Product Analytics do?
Responsibilities:
· Abilities to extract data from our Data Warehouse via SQL/relevant tools to resolve business questions and build analysis efficiently.
· Conduct in-depth analysis for digital products (Tamasha/SIMOSA & other engagement apps) of large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
· Critical thinking on business acumen and identify the opportunities on business problems and devise the end to end plan with solutions.
· Creating visibility to the management through interactive dashboards to monitor performance and raising red flags pro-actively
· In depth analysis to identify the drivers impacting customer behaviour and engagement, either positively or negatively
· Identify the reasons for various business problems (churn, data penetration, retention etc.) and provide innovative solutions
· Developing a 360-degree view of a business problem combining quantitative and qualitative data points and suggesting alternate solutions
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that address business challenges and drive growth.
· Coordination with Digital Product and Growth teams to keep an eye on changes that may impact the trends.
· Experimenting and innovating to introduce new KPIs more relevant to the changing strategies, focusing more on digitalization of the business.
Deliverables will include the following:
· In-App Analytics/ Engagement tracking/ User preferences/Firebase & Mix panel Analytics
· Digital users cross product analysis with GSM and other products
· Forecasting subscribers, revenue and other critical KPIs preferably using Advanced analytics Models.
· Reporting and Monitoring of major KPIs i.e. MAU’s DAU’s, Revenue, Churn etc.
· Updating management and key stakeholders on performance
· Deep dives to point out areas of improvement essential for business growth.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Digital Product Analytics?
· 3+ years’ experience Business Analytics, Segments, Pricing, Growth Analytics
· Prior experience of working in Digital or GSM sector
· Bachelor ’s degree in Computer Sciences/Business Analytics/ Statistics/ Advance Analytics
· Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL, Power BI, and other technical competitive tools available in the market.
· Deep knowledge of evolving digital market
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
· Ability to make data-driven decision’s.
· Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
· Strong communication and presentation skills with high command on presentation making and data modeling
