Expert Data Analyst (E-commerce Pricing)

You certainly know Allegro, but do you know the Allegro Official Store? Are you an e-commerce/retail pricing expert? Today you have a chance to join our team and have a real impact on the results achieved and the creation of pricing internal tools  and processes in this area.

This position is oriented on operational pricing management.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability and sales growth
  • Analyze product margins and profitability, ensuring that pricing decisions maximize profit while maintaining competitive pricing
  • Manage pricing tools and pricing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pricing operations.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Category Team, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Tech Team and Allegro Pricing Team
  • Conduct pricing experiments and A/B tests to determine the most effective pricing strategies

What are we looking for?

  • At least 5 years of experience in pricing, analytics, or related roles, preferably in retail and/or e-commerce
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in SQL, GCP Big Query, Tableau, Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in Python will be an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders both in Polish and English
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Project management and process building skills
