This position is oriented on operational pricing management.
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability and sales growth
- Analyze product margins and profitability, ensuring that pricing decisions maximize profit while maintaining competitive pricing
- Manage pricing tools and pricing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pricing operations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Category Team, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Tech Team and Allegro Pricing Team
- Conduct pricing experiments and A/B tests to determine the most effective pricing strategies
What are we looking for?
- At least 5 years of experience in pricing, analytics, or related roles, preferably in retail and/or e-commerce
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency in SQL, GCP Big Query, Tableau, Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Python will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders both in Polish and English
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Project management and process building skills
