Essendon Vet Clinic are seeking an experienced nurse to join our incredible team!
We are a small but busy GP clinic in the heart of Essendon.
We believe in offering high standard of vet medicine and customer service and we are proud of the many strong bonds we have formed with our loyal clients.
We are well equipped in our freshly renovated clinic with digital radiographs, Idexx blood machines, dental radiographs and multi-modal monitoring equipment
We pride ourselves on our friendly and approachable atmosphere. We have many long-term clients, and the level of care provided is gold-standard. Our team are wonderful, and we work hard to give work-life balance to all of our team members.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Providing support to our Vets in all aspects of nursing (including monitoring anaesthesia)
Providing high standard of patient and customer care
Assisting with all reception duties.
Nurse consultations
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Cert 4 in Vet nursing and 2-3 year’s experience
Ability to work 1-3 Saturdays (9am-1pm)
A keen desire to deliver excellent standards of patient care and customer service at all times.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Excellent general computer literacy
A genuine love for animals and their people
