We pride ourselves on excellence, delivering the very best care for the elderly in their homes and providing a variety of care services such as residential, respite, nursing, and dementia facilities and day services such as our children's centre and adults mental health drop-in clinic.

When you become a member of The Fed, you become part of a family unlike any other. We take pride in the calibre of the people we hire, and when you join us, you'll get the greatest training and continuing support to help you succeed in your career. So, whether you are just starting out, or are looking to progress your career, we can support your goals and dreams.

With over 300 staff members, we are diverse and inclusive. We offer flexible working patterns in an exceptional setting that includes beautiful sensory gardens, seaside and woodland gardens.

Bury Council has given us an 'excellent' rating, and we have been awarded 'Platinum' designation under the national Gold Standards Framework for end-of-life care. We strive to meet the Care Quality Commission's highest standards of care (CQC).
