Experienced /SAP Operations Manager (REF3011O)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage service delivery, ensuring everything is completed on time and meets quality standards.
  • Support teams (CDM/CSM/SCOPM) during the commissioning phase.
  • Identify and implement ways to improve service efficiency in collaboration with the team.
  • Provide expert advice for ongoing business operations.
  • Help create cost and service transparency across various service chains.
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for service delivery and the CDM/CSM team.
  • Ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date in the Asset and Configuration Management system.
  • Contribute to process development and improvements.
  • Ensure all required reporting is completed, such as OLA and SDE reports.

 

  • Proficient in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Service NOW, ITIL, or SAP is a plus.
