Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage service delivery, ensuring everything is completed on time and meets quality standards.
- Support teams (CDM/CSM/SCOPM) during the commissioning phase.
- Identify and implement ways to improve service efficiency in collaboration with the team.
- Provide expert advice for ongoing business operations.
- Help create cost and service transparency across various service chains.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for service delivery and the CDM/CSM team.
- Ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date in the Asset and Configuration Management system.
- Contribute to process development and improvements.
- Ensure all required reporting is completed, such as OLA and SDE reports.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Service NOW, ITIL, or SAP is a plus.
