The position’s primary role is in the assembly of value-add engineered solutions using industrial hydraulic components and accessories into a function hydraulic system and testing and troubleshooting of these systems after build.
Specifically you will
- Pull necessary parts to prepare for assembly.
- Inspect parts and various components.
- Assemble units according to manufacturer specifications.
- Prep and / or test completed unit.
- Adjust components and equipment.
- Prep and / or paints completed unit.
- Clean, organize, and maintain the Shop and Shop equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement through training and associate development. Assist level I Technicians with assembly and training.
General Education and Experience

Education—2-year fluid power associates degree and certification preferred; high school diploma/G.E.D. minimum or a combination of related training and experience.

Experience--1 to 3 years in fluid power assembly experience required. Mechanical aptitude required. General metal working & pipe fitting experience required. Welding experience and plasma cutting experience required. Must be able to read hydraulic and electrical schematic drawings.

Physical Requirements—Must be able to lift up to 75lbs. Position requires standing, bending and kneeling 95% to 100% of the workday.
