Bury has over 100 Care and Support services that on a daily basis ensure our loved ones and those in our communities, remain living independent and fulfilling lives. The level of work is increasing as our population age and the negative impacts of life on our health and wellbeing also increases. We want to ensure everyone that requires genuine support receives the best care possible in our area.
We totally understand that not everyone can work full time and many people have lots of things in life that work has to fit around. We are also hoping that some people have a bit of extra time to give and would benefit or just like a secondary income.
Incomes, BURY FLEX!
So have you thought about flexible, bank work? This is hourly based work that is 100% flexible around your schedule but fills the vital gaps in the care and support work our community needs. It means you control the hours you work and the type of service and care you would like to provide. You might want to juggle your expertise by splitting your experience across different types of adult care, or just squeeze in a few extra or even night shifts to cover the cost of living, currently.
Those who work in care and support talk about how rewarding the role is, even though some days can be tough, they see just how valuable the work they do is for those who are vulnerable and want to retain living well and independently and to be able to do just that little bit more or return to work offering your skills on your terms would be hugely beneficial to so many vulnerable people.
