We are the "rebels" of the networks and, together with the large IT clusters Rebell and Plural, are responsible for Deutsche Telekom's network management.
With these applications, we keep Deutsche Telekom's transmission networks running and record what connects to whom, where and how.
On this basis, individual market (L2BSA, DCIP, IP Transit, etc.) and mass market products (5G expansion, FTTH, FTTC, etc.) are produced.

We are in the process of extensively modernizing our network documentation and planning and making it future-proof. Step by step, an IT landscape with the latest technologies is emerging, which gives creative minds a lot of creative freedom!
Our specialist side is not only active in the roles of business or product owner, but also becomes an active part of the development teams.
Such a mammoth task requires agile teams that are willing to try new things, develop creative ideas and are not afraid to take risks.
Our project has a name: Network for Future! Step by step, we will renew the existing IT landscape.

Your Responsibilities will be: 

• End-to-end business analysis and solution design for high-importance projects within the Deutsche Telekom Group  
• Ensure the seamless implementation of solutions aligned with business requirements
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business and IT domains to refine and optimize processes 
• Acting as a bridge between business and development side 

Required skills: 

• Experience in business analysis
• Good technical understanding of software development cycle 
• Proficient knowledge of standardized interfaces, particularly TMF REST APIs 
• Business fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of German is a big advantage but not a prerequisite 
• Social competence and ability to work in a team
• Stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Agile and Scrum experience
