You will be responsible:
Manage the operation of the assessing, auditing, MV, & quality check vendor(s).
Track the progress vs. plan identified by the X Management & Insight.
Take actions to correct the progress (if needed).
Arrange for assessments enablers (access, permits …etc).
Prepare and share visits reports based on the agreed format and ensure availability of data.
Identify the necessary updates to the developed standards, guidelines, and journeys.
Update standards, guidelines, and journeys based on the conducted research and analysis.
Obtain approval for the standards & guidelines as per department DoA.
Archive standards & guidelines for future usage.
Research VX industry best practices on standards, guidelines, and journeys.
Compare VX industry best practices to the current standards, guidelines, and journeys.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need:
Recommended not less than 10 years of experience in relevant field
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent is preferred
