- Job Summary:
- We are looking for a skilled D365 CE CRM Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) to support our business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing custom solutions, including plug-ins, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Develop and customize D365 CE applications to meet the functional and technical requirements of the business.
- Custom Plugins and Workflows: Create custom plug-ins, workflows, and custom workflows using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
- Integrations: Design and implement integrations between D365 CE and other third-party systems (e.g., via REST, SOAP, APIs).
- Data Migration: Perform data migration tasks between D365 CE and other platforms using tools like SSIS, KingswaySoft, Scribe, or other ETL tools.
- Solution Deployment: Package and deploy D365 CE solutions across different environments.
- Support and Maintenance: Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing CRM systems, ensuring high system availability and performance.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design, deployment, and operational guides.
- Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, testers, business analysts, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including customizations, configurations, and development.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for custom development.
- Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) for extending CRM functionality.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 SDK and tools such as XRM Toolbox.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other Azure services is a plus.
- Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
- Experience with integration tools such as KingswaySoft, SSIS, or Scribe.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques.
Professional Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
