As a Experience Curator Trainee at Costa Navarino, you will embark on an exciting journey of hands-on training and skill development in the dynamic world of Front Office service. This traineeship period will provide you with valuable experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to ace the basics on a luxury, 5-star-branded property.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all our loyal members are personally welcomed and recognized.
  • Review the daily arrival report and make sure the welcome amenities and guest preferences or other requests are in place.
  • Escort guests to their rooms when they arrive.
  • Make personal contact with the guests daily.
  • Having daily communication through what’s up with Villas and Suites guests, as we are dedicated to them during their stay.
  • Find possible opportunities to delight our guests and create personalized memorable experiences.
  • Be present in all public areas during their pick time to ensure all guests’ needs are met.

Requirements

  • Be a people person with enviable customer service skills.
  • Study Hospitality & Tourism Management
  • Be a great communicator who attracts guests from all over the world.
  • Have proper communication etiquette (both written and spoken) with internal and external guests.
  • Speak, write and converse freely in both Greek and English.
  • Have computer skills.
