If you join us, you will become a part of friendly operations team which is responsible for A-Z handling of Sea cargo Import shipments while providing excellent customer service. You will be reporting to a Team Leader who is ready to train and support you and you will certainly appreciate fast approval and decision-making process and possibility to learn and develop along the way.

What you will do:
- Communicate with clients which goes hand in hand with troubleshooting. Dealing with different situation will however challenge your assertiveness, ability to think outside of the box and solve problems.
- Interact with business partners. You can take an advantage of interactions with agents, shipping companies and customs bodies because it enables you to learn more about business and grow your professional network.
- Issue and monitor transportation documents and electronic data processing. We use our internal visibility and collaboration platform which will make your day-to-day life so much easier.
What you´ll need?
- At least 18 months of experience in the freight forwarding industry
- High competency in handling Sea cargo Import shipments
- Ideally both English and Dutch fluency
