The Role:
Carrot is seeking an Expansion and Renewal Director to support retention and growth in our Middle Market customer segment. You'll work closely with our Customer Success Managers (CSM IIIs) and on expansion and renewal opportunities for existing customers in the segment, working strategically to meet and exceed their needs and ensure Carrot remains a celebrated component of their benefits offering. The Expansion and Renewal Director will analyze customer data to identify trends, forecast renewal rates, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership, as well as benchmarks for clients.
This role will also coach and develop CSM IIIs to build their relationship strategy and sales skills. Success is tied to working in partnership with the MM Customer Success Managers to build and execute winning strategies with a focus on increasing our presence and achieving goals.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with proven sales and account management skills who will excel in a revenue-generating coach/player role. This individual should be able to build credibility and trust with partners across all layers of the organization. A background in a quota-carrying sales role is a must.

The starting base salary for this position will range from $165,000-$180,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
